We are Philippine based recruitment firm licensed by the government. FIL-HR Manpower has successfully obtained Work Permit’s for and deployed number of INZ qualified overseas dairy farm workers to New Zealand in the past 12 (twelve) months and are aiming to at least double that this year.

Majority of dairy workers we support are Filipino’s, they are found by overseas employers to be very loyal, hard working, dedicated with excellent work ethics , humble, willing , able people and specially English speaking. These farm staffs meets Immigration New Zealand qualification standard of (2) two years verifiable work experience in the following fields
1. Stock management – experience in deciding where the cows will go (which paddock), stock handling experience
2. Fertiliser programme – previously applied fertiliser
3. Breeding management – identifying cows on heat
4. Some prior involvement with feed allocation or nutrition management
5. Animal health management – identifying and treating basic animal health problems eg: mastitis, milk fever, lameness
6. Experience in machinery operation eg: tractors, implements, motorbikes, ATV’s.
